I should also mention that Matt made an amazing Easter meal: salmon, roasted potatoes, and green beans with bacon. Absolutely delicious!

The title of this blog, "The Eunice Burns," is inspired by an excellent movie called, "What's Up, Doc?" If you haven't seen it, you should. There is a character who at one point clarifies that she is not, "a Eunice Burns, I am THE Eunice Burns." We are individuals. We are unique.
